    Noise from neighboring rooms disrupted my stay!!! The spa was unavailable during key times, disappointing those expecting quality relaxation. Maintenance seemed slow in addressing reported issues, quite frustrating seeking comfort!!!

    The stay here was really nice for wedding. Superior king room with a nice view and an efficient house keeping plus comfort bed accommodated us perfectly. Unbeatable central location really close to the business district and city of Bursa as well as mall and very nice park in walking distance.

    There is a guy not working for the hotel as tour guide he is speaks aribic and he only attcked Arab preple and lied to me when I rented a car from him. Just reminding every one to Be carful.

    The location near carefour and shopping Mall. Also near metro station. Staff was helpfull and patient. Every thing was amazing. I really liked the hotel.

    The breakfast was little and not varied. Also most of food not tasty. Thisis the only thing I dont like there.

    Bursa vibes and thermal bliss 🌊

    The thermal pool and spa area had me chilling every night, proper relaxation, ek se! The staff were super friendly, and the brekkie spread was something else, really lekker with all sorts of options.

    Bit of a bummer the lounge prices were high for what was on offer, but I found some cool places to eat nearby.

    This is the best hotel I have ever been before. I visited a lot of places in north America and middle east but like this hotel I could not find. They greeted us with big smile and since it was my first reservation, they upgrade my room for next luxury level and for free. Very cleaned hotel and I rated this hotel as 5 million stars. Spa, swimming pool, turkish bath and thermal pool are free to use and 24hr in service There is very helpful guy to arrange special tour to visit tourism places in Bursa as group in.bus or private car based on your need Highly recommended

    Nothing rather than it is just far from the city center. 15 minutes by car

    Were not available , disappointing. This hotel excelled in cleanliness and hospitality. The breakfast selection was good, with made-to-order omelettes. A solid stay, but the spa situation desperately needs addressing.

    Very nice hotel, excellent reception staff, nice and collaborator, working professionally. Speed to meet the needs of the customer. The director of Executive club, she is so wonderful. The hotel is very clean, close to a huge shopping center, Carrefour and other names. Parking Services excellent and fast. Couriers speaks very good English. Everything in the hotel is excellent.
